steep staircase building work

The room was clean. Breakfast was good. It was a very good choice.

I had difficulty with the metal staircase. It was steep. I did not feel comfortable going up and down it. I did not like that building work was going on and there was no WiFi or evening meals being served.

adequate but flawed

slippery stairs inconsiderate staff

i found the external metal stairs to be quite steep and slippery (i visited in october). moss covered some sections. the housekeeping staff were also rather inconsiderate. i heard them singing loudly and swearing, disruptive.

the room was very clean and the facilities were amazing. the staff could not have helped us any more. i will definitely be back.

i noticed the pub downstairs was closed.

a good range of freshly cooked food was available to order , always piping hot. the complimentary breakfast offered more than ample choice. owners were always on hand checking everything was satisfactory.

i was greeted with a friendly welcome upon arrival. the owner rang to check and make sure we were safe when we were out quite late. the owner got us checked in efficiently and showed us to our room.

hot shower clean room

The room was all new and clean I found. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Both staff members I interacted with were pretty good too help me.

The metal staircase to access the room was steep. It didn't feel comfortable going up and down.

A Solid Stay for Travellers

continental selection cooked breakfast convenient location easy access

The breakfast included a decent continental selection, I found it quite comprehensive! I also requested a cooked breakfast and the staff were happy to provide it. The location was convenient. It suited my travel plans well. I had easy access to the places I needed to visit.

The external metal staircase leading to my room felt a bit steep.
